My Story

In 2025 after working within other insurance groups since 2017, I stepped into a new chapter, Fortify Insurance Services. My thought around Fortify Insurance, was to provide a service helping to create a strong financial plan to bring security for your future – hence the fingerprint design. The thumbprint represents a point of security when you guard your financial and personal information – it’s about protecting what is important to you.

It is important to me that I oversee every part of the process myself (except the tricky tech bits!), so my clients deal with me from day one.

The personal connection makes a big difference, especially when times get tough. Whether it’s supporting your family through a cancer diagnosis or helping get you through a difficult financial period in your business.

My priority is to be there for you when it matters.

My main goal is to provide “easy to understand” financial advice for young families and business owners, by assisting them in creating insurance packages which cater to their individual needs. I have over 27 years of experience working in accounting, management, and financial advice services, and continually work hard to ensure that clients are well positioned financially for every stage of their life.

It is important to me that clients are well informed of what their insurance covers means to them, so I offer personalised reviews and product updates via email or social platforms, making sure information is accessible and straightforward.

I hold the NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 (Life, Disability and Health Insurance) and am committed to building strong client relationships and providing personalised solutions.

I believe that integrity is key in any business, and I operate on that principal. When I meet with a client, it is important to me that they feel confident that I will always operate in their best interest that I am approachable and will always look for ways to help.

I enjoy hanging out with my family and two golden retrievers, listening to all sorts of music, playing piano, saxophone, and guitar and write a tune every now and then (check me out on YouTube or Spotify – shameless plug).

I’m an outdoor girl so you can catch me regularly hiking, rowing, running daily, and enjoying the amazing local surroundings.
